Scott Arnold, Director: Scott Arnold, Director: Scott began his aviation career in 1988 as a commercial flight attendant and made the transition into corporate in 2001. Prior to aviation, he started his service career in hotel management as a service specialist, troubleshooter, and trainer. He has extensive training in culinary, fine dining, service and etiquette. He is experienced in virtually all facets of corporate aircraft. He also has extensive experience organizing and "streamlining" flight department procedures and managing crewmembers in a variety of flight operations. Scott is currently the AirCare Crews Director, an Associate FACTS Emergency Procedures Trainer, serves on the NBAA Professional Development Strategic Focus Team (PD SFT), and is the NBAA Flight Attendants Committee Chair.

Michella Mykol, Administration Manager: Michella's background includes customer service and banking experience. Since joining the AirCare Solutions Group (2005), she has steadily grown her aviation experience and taken on the 24/7 responsibilities of scheduling, dispatching, and all travel arrangements for the pilots and corporate flight attendants working with AirCare Crews. Her AirCare Crews responsibilities include payroll processing, A/R, A/P, and the many administrative details required to make AirCare Crews happen... Efficiently.
